    Data controller

The data controller is Connection Consulting s.r.o., with registered office at 5. Května 1111/11, 140 00 Praha 4, Company ID (IČO): 24283282, operating under the brand Úklidový kbelík (hereinafter the "controller").

    Contact e-mail: info@uklidovykbelik.cz, phone: +420 603 111 111.

The controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable laws of the Czech Republic.

    Scope of processing

This policy applies to the processing of personal data in connection with inquiries, orders and the provision of cleaning, clearance, moving and related services, including communication with customers, invoicing and compliance with legal obligations.

Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process personal data to handle inquiries and orders, communicate with customers, perform contracts, issue invoices, maintain records of contractual relationships, handle complaints and fulfil the controller's legal obligations, especially in accounting and tax matters.

The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract or measures taken prior to entering into a contract at the data subject's request, compliance with a legal obligation of the controller, the controller's legitimate interest in protecting its rights and ensuring secure operation of services, and, where necessary, the data subject's consent.

    Categories of data processed

We process in particular name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, billing and contact address, service location address, information about requested services, content of form messages, payment and invoicing data, and other data voluntarily provided by the customer in connection with an order.

When visiting the website, technical data may be processed, in particular IP address, browser data and website usage behaviour, if such data is collected through cookies or similar technologies.

    Retention period

We retain data for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for as long as necessary to protect the controller's rights, resolve disputes and fulfil legal obligations.

Accounting and tax documents and related data are retained for the period required by law, usually 5 to 10 years.

Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose for which consent was given.

    Recipients and processors

Personal data may be disclosed only to persons and entities that need it to perform the contract or legal obligations, in particular accountants, tax advisors, IT and hosting providers, e-mail communication providers and other contractual processors.

The controller has concluded data processing agreements or other appropriate legal safeguards under GDPR with all processors.

    Transfers to third countries

We do not normally process personal data outside the European Economic Area. If such transfer occurs, we will ensure appropriate safeguards under GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

    Rights of the data subject

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or completion, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on the controller's legitimate interest.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Send requests to exercise your rights to the controller's contact e-mail. The controller will respond without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.

You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, www.uoou.cz.

    Data security

The controller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.

    Cookies

The website may use essential cookies to ensure basic functionality and security. Analytical or marketing cookies are used only to the extent we have a legal basis, in particular the visitor's consent.

Details on individual cookies and options for managing them will be added in a separate cookie policy if they are actively used on the website.

    Updates to this policy

The controller may update this policy. The current version is always published on the provider's website together with the date of the last update.
